Ralf Thomas Friedrich Parland was a Swedish-speaking Finn writer, translator, and music critic. He wrote short stories, poetry, and essays, and is associated with the second wave of Finland-Swedish modernism. He was the younger brother of Henry Parland and Oscar Parland.
