Foi escrita por Ja Rule, 7 Aurelius e Irv Gotti e produzida pelos dois últimos. A canção contém vocais de Celeste Scalone e sampleia "Africa" de Toto, creditando assim os membros da banda David Paich e Jeff Porcaro como co-compositores.
