Robert Heron Bork fue un académico del derecho estadounidense que se desempeñó como solicitor general de los Estados Unidos desde 1973 hasta 1977. Profesor de derecho de formación, fue fiscal general interino de los Estados Unidos desde 1973 hasta 1974 y juez del Tribunal de Apelaciones de los Estados Unidos para el Circuito del Distrito de Columbia desde 1982 hasta 1988.
