Rupert James Graham Lowe é um político britânico que é o líder do partido de extrema-direita Restore Britain e é membro do Parlamento (MP) por Great Yarmouth desde 2024. Eleito pelo Reform UK, ele atuou como independente de março de 2025 a março de 2026 após a suspensão do chicote partidário. Lowe fundou a organização política Restore Britain em 30 de junho de 2025, e a registrou como um partido político oficial em 20 de março de 2026, tornando-se o único MP do partido no mesmo dia. Ele foi membro do Parlamento Europeu (MEP) pelos West Midlands de 2019 a 2020.
