Samuel Anthony Alito Jr. é um jurista americano que serve como juiz associado da Suprema Corte dos Estados Unidos. Ele foi nomeado para a alta corte pelo Presidente George W. Bush em 31 de outubro de 2005, e serve nela desde 31 de janeiro de 2006. Após Antonin Scalia, Alito é o segundo juiz ítalo-americano a servir na Suprema Corte dos EUA.
