El título del álbum es una referencia al signo zodiacal de Eve, Escorpio. Presenta el exitoso sencillo "Let Me Blow Ya Mind", un dúo con Gwen Stefani de No Doubt, que ganó el primer Grammy Award a la Mejor Colaboración Rap/Cantada, una nueva categoría en ese momento.
