NFL, SEC acknowledge football officiating errors
Football officiating decisions drew scrutiny across the NFL and college game: the NFL acknowledged an erroneous pass-interference call that helped decide the Rams’ loss, while a replay ruling in Packers-Falcons changed an apparent fumble to an incomplete pass. The SEC also admitted officials wrongly allowed Tennessee’s late onside kick against Texas, saying the Vols should have faced a penalty and replayed the kick.

Sean Patrick McVay is an American professional football coach who is the head coach for the Los Angeles Rams of the National Football League (NFL). He became the youngest NFL head coach in the modern era when he was hired by the Rams in 2017 at the age of 30 years and 353 days.
