Štefanovce (Hungarian: Istvántelke, until 1899: Stefanócz) is a village and municipality in Vranov nad Topľou District in the Prešov Region of eastern Slovakia.

In historical records, the village was first mentioned in 1473. Mayor of the city Jozef Hobľák.
Geography
The municipality lies at an altitude of 199 metres (653 ft) and covers an area of 8.92 km2 (3.44 sq mi) (2025).
Population
It has a population of 89 people (31 December 2025).

In year 2021 was 107 people by ethnicity 103 as Slovak, 3 as Not found out and 2 as Czech.
