U.S. Envoys Meet Ukrainian Officials in Miami
Zelenskyy said Ukraine is ready for proposed technical-level talks with the United States and Russia, but Washington must prepare and Moscow must agree to participate; he and Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk also agreed to meet in person and discussed protecting Ukraine’s power grid ahead of winter.
