Se encuentra en la margen sur del río Támesis. La A226 atraviesa Stone, conectando Dartford con Greenhithe y Gravesend; la A2 y la autopista M25 pasan justo al norte de la parroquia. El área de Stone incluye parte del centro comercial Bluewater. La población de la parroquia era de 10,778 en el censo de 2011, aumentando a aproximadamente 12,890 para 2021.
