Thomas Francis Cusack was an American prelate of the Roman Catholic Church. He served as bishop of the Diocese of Albany in New York from 1915 until his death in 1918. Cusack previously served as an auxiliary bishop of the Archdiocese of New York from 1904 to 1915.
