Thomas Mayo is an Australian human rights advocate, a trade union official and an award-winning author. As an Australian of Kaurareg Aboriginal and Kalkalgal and Erubamle Torres Strait Islander ancestry, Mayo is a signatory of the Uluru Statement from the Heart. In 2017, he became a prominent advocate for a Voice to Parliament for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
