Sir Thomas Ramsey (1510/11–1590) foi um comerciante e um Alderman de Londres de 1566 a 1590. Ele foi nomeado cavaleiro, serviu como Sheriff em 1567–68 e Lord Mayor em 1577–78. Sua segunda esposa Mary Ramsey foi uma notável filantropa.
