Toulouse é uma cidade no sul da França, a prefeitura do departamento de Haute-Garonne e da região Occitânia. A cidade fica às margens do Rio Garonne, 150 kilometres do Mar Mediterrâneo, 230 km (143 mi) do Oceano Atlântico e 680 km (420 mi) de Paris. É a quarta maior cidade da França depois de Paris, Marselha e Lyon, com 514.819 habitantes dentro de seus limites municipais (2023); sua área metropolitana tem uma população de 1.529.112 habitantes (2023). Toulouse é a cidade central de um dos 22 conselhos metropolitanos da França.
