Join the roomUm trust ou corporate trust é um grande agrupamento de interesses comerciais com poder de mercado significativo, que pode ser incorporado como uma corporação ou como um grupo de corporações que cooperam entre si de várias maneiras. Essas maneiras podem incluir a constituição de uma associação comercial, a detenção de participações em uma outra, a constituição de um grupo corporativo ou combinações destes. O termo trust é frequentemente usado em um sentido histórico para se referir a monopólios ou quase-monopólios nos United States durante a Second Industrial Revolution no século XIX e início do século XX. O uso de corporate trusts durante esse período é a razão histórica para o nome "antitrust law".
