Veľký Klíž (Hungarian: Nagykolos) is a village and municipality in Partizánske District in the Trenčín Region of western Slovakia.

In historical records the village was first mentioned in 1230.
Geography
The municipality lies at an altitude of 244 metres (801 ft) and covers an area of 42.40 km2 (16.37 sq mi) (2025).
Population
It has a population of 840 people (31 December 2025).
