Víťazovce is a village and municipality in Humenné District in the Prešov Region of north-east Slovakia.

In historical records the village was first mentioned in 1451.
Geography
The municipality lies at an altitude of 168 metres (551 ft) and covers an area of 5.56 km2 (2.15 sq mi) (2025).
Population
It has a population of 326 people (31 December 2025).
Ethnicity
In year 2021 was 300 people by ethnicity 294 as Slovak, 8 as Rusyn, 4 as Not found out, 2 as Polish, 1 as Romani and 1 as German.
