William Marks fue un abogado y político estadounidense de Beaver, Pennsylvania. Sirvió en ambas cámaras de la legislatura estatal y fue el presidente de la Cámara de 1813 a 1819. Posteriormente representó a Pennsylvania en el Senado de los Estados Unidos.
