Delhi court notices JioStar over Zee music claims
Zee Entertainment alleges JioStar continued using its copyrighted music after a Delhi High Court order barred such use, citing six instances from May to July and seeking contempt proceedings. The court has asked JioStar to respond and will revisit the case in December; it has not found the company in contempt, while JioStar says removing content from Zee’s large catalogue is difficult and has sought identifying metadata.
