President Donald Trump could potentially be staying back at the White House to watch the election-night results come in.
“We haven’t made a determination. We have certain rules and regulations. Washington D.C. is shut down. The mayor has shut it down, so, we have a hotel, I don’t know if you’re allowed to use it or not, but I know the mayor has shut down Washington D.C. and if that’s the case we’ll probably stay here or pick another location,” Trump told reporters on Friday.

A senior Trump adviser told the Washington Examiner, “There’s really no reason to move from point A to point B. I’m not sure you can control the number of people who show up at a hotel. The White House is a bit more of a fortress.”
They reiterated, “So many people show up because they’re excited, and you’ve got the D.C. rules.”
The source said “of course” Trump will be around people on election night.
“The campaign will have a war room set up as they always do,” they said.
The adviser explained, “He’s going to have to look at the election results regardless, so whether he’s at the White House or the Trump Hotel doesn’t matter.”
Trump suggested on Twitter Friday if Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden is elected president, it will be because he received help from the Supreme Court, as IJR previously reported.
“If Sleepy Joe Biden is actually elected President, the 4 Justices (plus1) that helped make such a ridiculous win possible would be relegated to sitting on not only a heavily PACKED COURT, but probably a REVOLVING COURT as well,” Trump tweeted. “At least the many new Justices will be Radical Left!”
With only four days until the presidential election, Biden continues to lead in national polls.
