Hunter Biden is set to publish a memoir titled “Beautiful Things.”

The eldest son of President Joe Biden is focusing in the book on his struggles with substance abuse, according to The Associated Press.

“I come from a family forged by tragedies and bound by a remarkable, unbreakable love,” Hunter Biden writes in the book.

The title is an expression Hunter Biden and his late brother Beau Biden would use after Beau Biden was diagnosed with cancer. It is “meant to emphasize what was important in life,” AP reports.

Author Stephen King praised Hunter Biden’s memoir, “In his harrowing and compulsively readable memoir, Hunter Biden proves again that anybody — even the son of a United States President — can take a ride on the pink horse down nightmare alley.”

“Biden remembers it all and tells it all with a bravery that is both heartbreaking and quite gorgeous. He starts with a question: Where’s Hunter? The answer is he’s in this book, the good, the bad, and the beautiful,” King added.

Hunter Biden’s memoir is expected to be released on April 6.

The president’s son has come under fire from Republicans previously about his business dealings.

In December 2020, the Department of Justice said that it was investigating Hunter Biden’s tax affairs. The investigation is led by the U.S. attorney’s office in Delaware.

Joe Biden has come to Hunter Biden’s defense against accusations.
