Police have released bodycam footage of the arrest of Tyson Foods CFO John Tyson.

Earlier this month, Tyson was arrested in Arkansas after reportedly becoming intoxicated and going to sleep in the wrong house, as CNBC reported.

In the video, police are seen standing over a bed where Tyson appears to be sleeping.

One of the officers says, “John, Fayetteville police department. You have two options: either one, sit up and put your clothes on or two, you go to jail just like you are right now.”

After failing to respond, the police proceeded to pull the blanket off of Tyson.

He then tried to pull the blanket back on.

Attempting to put Tyson’s hands behind his back, the officer added, “This isn’t your house.”

The police officers eventually put him in handcuffs and escorted him out of the house.

Arkansas ABC Affiliate 40/29 reported Tyson went to sleep in a college-aged woman’s home.

Tyson was reportedly charged with criminal trespass and public intoxication.

He later apologized for the incident during the company’s quarterly conference call.

“I’m embarrassed, and I want to let you know that I take full responsibility for my actions,” Tyson said.

He continued, “I just wanted you guys to hear this directly from me and to know that I’m committed to making sure this never happens again.”
