If a foreign national celebrates the assassination of Turning Point USA co-founder, they are no longer welcomed in the U.S.

The Trump administration made an announcement Tuesday when it stated several visas have already been revoked, according to Mediaite.

“The United States has no obligation to host foreigners who wish death on Americans,” the State Department said in a series of posts on X. “The State Department continues to identify visa holders who celebrated the heinous assassination of Charlie Kirk. Here are just a few examples of aliens who are no longer welcome in the U.S.”

The State Department brought receipts, too, listing several instances where foreign nationals had their visas revoked.

This includes an Argentinian who told Kirk to “rest in f***ing p***;” a South African who called Kirk “white nationalist trailer trash;” a Mexican who said Kirk was “better off dead;” a Brazilian who said Kirk “died too late;” a Paraguayan who called Kirk a “son of a b**** who died by his own rules;” and a German who wrote, “When fascists die, democrats don’t complain.”

A South African national mocked Americans grieving the loss of Kirk, saying “they’re hurt that the racist rally ended in attempted martyrdom” and alleging “he was used to astroturf a movement of white nationalist trailer trash.”

“[President Donald Trump] and [Secretary of State Marco Rubio] will defend our borders, our culture, and our citizens by enforcing our immigration laws,” the State Department posted. “Aliens who take advantage of America’s hospitality while celebrating the assassination of our citizens will be removed.”

Kirk was assassinated Sept. 10 at a a Turning Point USA event at Utah Valley University’s campus.

After Kirk’s death, Vice President JD Vance said Americans should report “terrorist sympathizers” who were openly celebrating Kirk’s murder.

“When you see someone celebrating Charlie’s murder, call them out. And hell, call their employer,” Vance said. “We don’t believe in political violence, but we do believe in civility. And there is no civility in the celebration of political assassination.”

Since then, hundreds of employees were fired for celebrating Kirk’s assassination. This group includes teachers and military personnel.
