Salem Radio Network host Scott Jennings sparred with left-wing CNN panelists Thursday night over a Democratic congressman’s revelation of six names from files involving registered sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.

Democratic California Rep. Ro Khanna named six people listed in the Epstein files in a Feb. 10 speech on the floor of the House of Representatives, only to backtrack after the Guardian reported that four of those named were in a photo lineup and had no ties to the disgraced financier. Jennings said that Khanna “doxed” the men, calling out Democratic Rep. Tom Suozzi of New York when Suozzi decried the American people’s loss of trust in the government. “What’d you think about when your colleague, Ro Khanna, went down to the house floor and doxed four people who apparently had nothing to do with this whatsoever? Did you think that was a good use of time?” Jennings asked Suozzi, who responded, “I actually didn’t know that it happened.”

“But hold on. I’ve heard this being brought up a few times, and, frankly, I’m not understanding what the argument is. Are those people in the Epstein files?” “CNN NewsNight” host Abby Phillip asked, with Jennings responding, “Yes, that’s part of the point.”

Police use photo lineups to identify people suspected of criminal activity, placing a suspect among several other photos of people who bear a resemblance to the person of interest, according to LegalClarity.org. Phillip and Jennings went back and forth about the four men the Guardian identified as members of the lineup.

Should Rep. Ro Khanna have named individuals from the Epstein files in Congress?

“Are they — hold on. Are they victims of Jeffrey Epstein?” Phillip asked, with Jennings responding, “They’re victims of Ro Khanna.”

“So — no. Are they victims of Jeffrey Epstein?” Phillip asked, with Jennings firing back, “I don’t think so.”

The Department of Justice released 3.5 million pages of documents from the files on Jan.30, which included contacts Epstein had with multiple people in high positions.

“So, what does the law say about whether or not their names ought to be redacted in the files?” Phillip asked, with Jennings responding, “It has nothing to do with redactions. It has to do with the fact that a member of Congress went down and doxed people who did nothing wrong and had nothing to do with it.”

Phillips later claimed that the men had not been doxed by Khanna, arguing that he only named them before she asserted that redacting their names would have violated the law.

Jennings accused Democrats of using the Epstein files in a fashion similar to their use of the discredited Steele Dossier during President Donald Trump’s first term in office during a Thursday afternoon appearance on CNN.

“You have Democrat after Democrat after Democrat, even Hillary Clinton just a little while ago, all too happy to go on television and cast aspersions on his [Trump’s] character, using this idea that while his name appears in the files, they’re trying to mislead the American people,” Jennings said on “The Arena with Kasie Hunt.” “It’s the Steele dossier all over again. That’s all this is. Let’s throw out something and hope it sticks, even though there’s no evidence whatsoever.”
