Real-world Oregon psilocybin services provided relief from anxiety, depression, and PTSD, with about two-thirds calling the experience among the most meaningful of their lives, while maintaining safety comparable to clinical settings in a large multi-site study of 346 adults across 24 licensed centers. The findings, published in JAMA Network Open, come as regulators consider potential fee increases that could threaten the nation’s first regulated psilocybin market despite demonstrated mental health benefits.
