Adani Solar Case: Most Counts Dismissed With Prejudice — Aug 10, 2026A U.S. judge dismissed criminal charges against Indian billionaire Gautam Adani after the Justice Department abandoned the bribery and fraud case, with Judge Nicholas Garaufis pressing for a fuller explanation of the decision.
