Feds Accuse Berkeley Law of Racial Admissions Bias — 2dFederal investigators from the Justice Department and Education Department concluded that UC Berkeley Law systematically discriminated against white and Asian applicants, using race-based prompts and other tactics to advance diversity goals even after the 2023 Supreme Court ruling.
