Progress Software Plans $400 Million Domo Acquisition — Jul 23, 2026Progress Software will acquire substantially all of Domo's AI and data platform for $400 million in cash, structured as an asset purchase to let Progress select which assets and liabilities transfer and financed with cash on hand and its revolving facility. The deal follows Domo's financial stress, leaves Domo as a separate, debt-free listed entity with net cash around $246 million and an 81% premium to its recent price, and has seen insider selling amid its strategic transition.
