President Joe Biden says he sometimes wishes he was “cognitively impaired.”
After his State of the Union address, Rep. Jerrold Nadler (D-N.Y.) predicted the speech will put concerns about his age to rest.
“Nobody’s gonna talk about cognitive impairment now,” Nadler said.
Biden joked, “I kinda wish sometimes I was cognitively impaired.”

The exchange comes as polls show a majority of Americans are concerned about Biden’s age and question whether he is fit for the job.
