There is a heavy police presence near the CIA headquarters, according to reports.
According to Fox News, a “barricade incident” prompted police to respond on Wednesday.
Both directions of Dolley Madison Blvd were shut down.
It was confirmed that Fairfax County Police are assisting, along with a SWAT team and Arlington County officials.
