President Joe Biden is facing questions about storing classified documents in a garage.
During an event on Thursday, Fox News’ Peter Doocy asked, “Classified materials next to your Corvette? What were you thinking?”
The president said he would speak “on all of this, God willing, soon.”
“And by the way, my Corvette’s in a locked garage, OK? So it’s not like they’re sitting out in the street,” he added.
He went on, “People know I take classified documents and classified material seriously. I also said we’re cooperating fully and completely with the Justice Department’s review.”
Biden noted his lawyers completed a search of places he stored documents on Wednesday. During the search, they discovered a “small number of documents” in “storage areas and file cabinets in my home and my personal library.”

On Monday, it was reported a U.S. attorney is reviewing approximately 10 classified documents found in an office used by Biden. The materials dated back to his time as vice president.
His lawyers reportedly contacted the National Archives on Nov. 2, 2022, in an office he used while he was an honorary professor at the University of Pennsylvania.
The documents were reportedly retrieved the following day.
Biden told reporters on Tuesday he was “surprised to learn that there were any government records that were taken there to that office.”
“But I don’t know what’s in the documents. My lawyers have not suggested I ask what documents they were,” he added.
CNN reported the documents contained intelligence memos on Iran, Ukraine, and the United Kingdom.
On Wednesday, NBC News reported a second set of classified documents had been discovered in another location.
It was unclear initially where the documents were found or their classification level.
But on Thursday, Special Counsel to the President Richard Sauber revealed the documents were discovered in a storage space in his Wilmington, Delaware residence’s garage and another room, as IJR reported.
