A 2024 Republican presidential hopeful is doubling down on their assertion President Joe Biden may not survive a second term.
During an appearance on “Fox & Friends” Friday, former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley said, “Anyone is better than President Kamala Harris. Anyone.”
“I plan on being that Republican that takes on Kamala,” she added.
Co-host Brian Kilmeade interjected, “You mean President Biden?”
“Well, I think it’s President Harris,” Haley responded.
She added, “A vote for President Biden is a vote for Kamala Harris.”

Biden, 80, is officially running for re-election. He would be 86 years old at the end of a potential second term.
And Haley has focused on concerns about his age and suggested he would not serve out a full second term.
After Biden fell on stage in June, Haley told Fox News Digital, “No one should feel good about watching the president fall. While this is hard to see, we have to be honest with the American people. Our enemies see the same TV clips and wonder who is in charge.”
“Joe Biden is the oldest president in history, and if he’s reelected, we could end up with a President Harris,” she suggested.
Haley added, “This is why I have repeatedly called for mental competency tests and term limits for politicians.”
