How do I get an ad-free experience? Once you have completed purchasing a membership, you’ll be able to log in on all of your favorite devices. While reading IJR, you will find the “Login” button on the header of each page (on mobile, this button can be found in the sections tab indicated by the “☰” icon). Login with your newly created credentials in order to get your new and improved IJR reading experience. If you have already logged in, the “Login” button will now appear as “Manage.” Click the button to view your account, change your email address, update your payment method, change your password and update shipping information.

What do I do if I forgot my subscription password? While on IJR, click the “Login” button found on the header of the page. Enter your email, then click “Forgot password” located underneath the area to enter your password. Click “Send Email” in order to receive a link to reset your membership password. After resetting, you can log in as normal.

When should I expect to receive my IJR-branded tote bag? Because these custom totes are available ONLY to subscribers, please allow 1-2 months for production as they are made to order. Once we receive your tote, we will ship it to you the next business day via USPS, which generally takes 5-10 days depending on location.

What if I want to cancel my subscription? You can cancel your membership to IJR at any time. First, log in to your account. Next, click the “Manage” button on the header of the website to view your account information. Scroll down until you see “IJR – Manage.” Click “Manage,” then “Cancel Subscription.” IJR has a 14-day money back guarantee policy. Once initiated, refunds will be reflected in the user’s account within 3-5 business days.
