Former First Lady Melania Trump is expressing some “love and gratitude” by selling a necklace in time for Mother’s Day.
The product, called “Her Love & Gratitude,” was launched Sunday and is selling for $245, per The Hill.
The necklace can be customized and is a flower pendant and chain in gold vermeil. It’s available at melaniatrump.com.
“Being a mother is one of the most important roles in life. For this Mother’s Day, I have designed the ‘Her Love & Gratitude’ necklace to express immense gratitude and honor all mothers,” Trump said in a statement.
Mother’s Day is May 12.
Purchasers can have the pendant customized with engraved names, initials or significant dates, according to the website.
Melania Trump’s signature is also on each necklace, per her website.
A limited-edition digital collectible minted with the Solana blockchain is also available, her office said.
The announcement, however, came with some scrutiny.
Ron Filipkowski, a Donald Trump critic, said on X, formerly Twitter, “Melania Trump is now selling a Mother’s Day necklace for the bargain price of just $245 that comes with her name engraved on it.”
“$250 for vermeil? Are you kidding me?” one poster wrote.
Another saw a “repurposed” shamrock, but not so lucky.
Melanie Trump is expected to be at a Mar-a-Lago fundraiser in Palm Beach, Florida, next weekend. So far, she has been rarely seen this campaign season, per The Hill.
