About minestrone

Minestrone ou minestrone di verdure é uma sopa espessa de vegetais de origem italiana. Tipicamente inclui cebolas, cenouras, aipo, batatas, repolho, tomates, abobrinhas, frequentemente leguminosas, como feijão, grão-de-bico ou fava, e às vezes massa ou arroz, e é caracterizada pela mistura de diferentes vegetais e pedaços não muito finos. Minestrone é tradicionalmente feito sem carne, mas não tem receita precisa e pode ser feito com muitos ingredientes diferentes.
