President Donald Trump took to Twitter at 3 a.m. EST on Friday to suggest the Supreme Court will have aided in a win for Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden if he is elected president.
“If Sleepy Joe Biden is actually elected President, the 4 Justices (plus1) that helped make such a ridiculous win possible would be relegated to sitting on not only a heavily PACKED COURT, but probably a REVOLVING COURT as well,” Trump tweeted. “At least the many new Justices will be Radical Left!”

The president also tweeted in the early morning, “Biden will destroy the United States Supreme Court,” adding, “Don’t let this happen!”

Trump’s remarks come four days before the 2020 presidential election, in which Biden is leading in national polls.
On Wednesday, the Supreme Court handed Democrats victories in leaving Pennsylvania and North Carolina extension deadlines on receiving mail-in ballots in place. Trump has also won victories such as allowing the Texas governor to limit drop-off sites for ballots and not allowing mail-in ballots in Wisconsin to be counted after Nov. 3.
