Former Fox News host Tucker Carlson has responded to Rep. Dan Crenshaw (R-Texas) after Crenshaw was caught on hot mic saying he would “kill” Carlson if he ever met him.
According to Mediaite, the comments came after an interview with Britain’s GB News when Crenshaw was pressed about whether he had met Carlson to which he replied the meeting would go badly for Carlson if it happened.
“We’ve talked a lot on Twitter … If I ever meet him, I’ll f**king kill him,” Crenshaw said in a video that has since been deleted.

Crenshaw then walked back his comments after he was confronted by Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.), and implied he was only joking.
Crenshaw’s denial was met with a Community Note that added the video in question.
Hours later, Elon Musk reacted to a video, questioning, “Why is Crenshaw homicidal regarding Tucker?”
In response, Carlson wrote “Why don’t you come sit for an interview and we’ll see how you do? I’ll send you my address, @DanCrenshawTX.”
Mediaite further reported that the feud between the two has been going for years, with Carlson giving Crenshaw the nickname “Eyepatch McCain,” implying that Crenshaw is a neoconservative much like late Sen. John McCain, but with an eyepatch.
