Late-night show host Jimmy Kimmel used President Donald Trump’s own words against him — “quiet, piggy.”

Kimmel spent part of his monologue on Thursday’s Jimmy Kimmel Live!”slamming the president who responded to Kimmel’s Wednesday monologue with some unkind words, per Mediaite.

On Wednesday’s show, Kimmel criticized Trump hosting “a murderer for dinner at the White House.” Kimmel was referring to Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman. He also mocked Trump’s “second-term-low approval ratings.”

Not long after that show ended, Trump went on Truth Social and posted, “Why does ABC Fake News keep Jimmy Kimmel, a man with NO TALENT and VERY POOR TELEVISION RATINGS, on the air?”

In his response, Kimmel thanked the president for being a loyal viewer.

“I would like to welcome our viewers watching from around the country, all around the world, Kimmel said. “A special hello to those of you who are watching from the White House, and you know who you are!”

“I think this is interesting, at 12:49 a.m., 11 minutes after the show ended on the East Coast, which is nice. He watches us live,” Kimmel continued. “Hi, Mr. President. How are you? Thanks for watching us on TV instead of on YouTube. We appreciate that. And I’ll tell you, it’s viewers like you who keep us on the air – ironically.”

The host added how Trump has continually tried to get him fired.

Do you think the back-and-forth between Trump and Kimmel is entertaining?

“I mean, talk about a snowflake, this guy. Every five weeks, he flips out and wants me fired,” Kimmel said. “If you got this many threats from a neighbor, you’d have no problem getting a restraining order. The judge would be like, ‘Yeah, sounds like the guy’s nuts.’ Boom.”

“You tried to get me fired in September. It didn’t work,” Kimmel continued. “Mr. President – I admire your tenacity.”

Kimmel was briefly taken off the air in September when he commented on his perception of MAGA’s response to the assassination of Charlie Kirk.

Kimmel suggested Thursday that the two could “ride off into the sunset together.”

“I’ll go when you go. We’ll be a team. Let’s ride off into the sunset together – like Butch Cassidy and the Suntan Kid,” Kimmel said.

“And until then, “If I may borrow a phrase from you: Quiet, Piggy!” he added, referring to words Trump used when talking to Bloomberg White House correspondent Catherine Lucey.
