DOGMA, short for Developing Ontology-Grounded Methods and Applications, é o nome de um projeto de pesquisa em andamento no STARLab da Vrije Universiteit Brussel, Semantics Technology and Applications Research Laboratory. É um projeto financiado internamente, preocupado com os aspectos mais gerais de extração, armazenamento, representação e navegação de informações.
