About GOMS
GOMS es un modelo especializado del procesador de información humana para la observación de la interacción humano-computadora que describe la estructura cognitiva de un usuario en cuatro componentes. En el libro The Psychology of Human Computer Interaction, escrito en 1983 por Stuart K. Card, Thomas P. Moran y Allen Newell, los autores introducen: "a set of Goals, a set of Operators, a set of Methods for achieving the goals, and a set of Selection rules for choosing among competing methods for goals."
