About Knut Vollebæk

Knut Vollebæk is a Norwegian former diplomat and politician. A member of the Christian Democratic Party, he served as ambassador to the United States from 2001 to 2007. He is currently a member of the International Commission on Missing Persons Board of Commissioners and heads a government commission investigating the situation of Norwegian Travellers.
