Bitdeer buys 200 Texas acres, aiming to scale Milam County power capacity

Bitdeer completed a $100 million fee-simple acquisition of roughly 200 acres in Milam County, Texas adjacent to its Rockdale facility to support AI/HPC data-center expansion, granting outright ownership and expanding capacity toward 742 MW (563 MW online; 179 MW pipeline) while leaving interconnection and water-right details to be confirmed. The deal strengthens Bitdeer’s control over development, positions the Rockdale site for future power allocations and potential tenants, and situates the asset about 70 miles from Austin.
