Join the roomLa negociación es un diálogo entre dos o más partes para resolver puntos de diferencia, obtener una ventaja para un individuo o un colectivo, o elaborar resultados que satisfagan diversos intereses. Las partes aspiran a ponerse de acuerdo en asuntos de interés mutuo. El acuerdo puede ser beneficioso para todas o algunas de las partes involucradas. Los negociadores deben establecer sus propias necesidades y deseos mientras también buscan comprender los deseos y necesidades de los demás involucrados para aumentar sus posibilidades de cerrar tratos, evitar conflictos, formar relaciones con otras partes o maximizar ganancias mutuas. Las negociaciones distributivas, o compromisos, se realizan presentando una posición y haciendo concesiones para lograr un acuerdo.
