This is the honorable prime minister of Canada, doing what honorable people do, the day before the funeral of the Queen of England. He should of kept his drama teacher job. #queensfuneral #QueenElizabeth #truedeaumustgo https://t.co/E2iibwqMu1

Last week, Trudeau announced he would be traveling to the United Kingdom to attend Queen Elizabeth II’s funeral.
“Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II was steadfast in her service to Canada, the Commonwealth, and its people. It is with a heavy heart, but deep appreciation, that we will come together to honour Her Majesty – whose lifetime of public service is an extraordinary example to us all,” Trudeau said in a statement.
On Monday, the Queen’s coffin came to its final resting place at Windsor Castle.
King Charles III, the Queen’s son, left a note on her coffin.
It read, “”In loving and devoted memory. Charles R.”
King Charles expressed his appreciation for the support his family received following his mother’s death.
He and his wife Camilla said in a statement they “were moved beyond measure by everyone who took the trouble to come and pay their respects to the lifelong service of my dear mother, The late Queen.”
