Idaho's $20.8 million wildlife underpass nears fall completion after years of planning — Aug 31, 2026Crews are close to finishing the Rocky Point Wildlife Underpass on U.S. Highway 30 in southeast Idaho, a three-underpass crossing with fencing designed to steer deer and other wildlife away from traffic.
