Actress and activist Alyssa Milano is doubling down on her criticism of President Donald Trump for removing his mask upon his return to the White House following his COVID-19 diagnosis.
“There’s not a leadership bone in that man’s body. It’s almost as if he tries hard to be the worst leader he possibly can,” Milano said during her appearance on “The View” on Thursday.
She added, “And by the way, I have no faith in their entire administration because where is the adult in the room.”
Milano argued America is in “crisis” due to the coronavirus pandemic, economy, and food insecurity.

“There is a lot of anguish over systemic racism and yet we have this guy who’s just worried about, you know, a photo op or waving to whoever he thinks he’s waving to,” Milano said.
Her comments come just days after the president made his first public appearance after being admitted for treatment, as IJR previously reported.
Trump drove by supporters outside of Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland, on Sunday.
Trump received harsh backlash after posting a video on Twitter and telling Americans regarding the coronavirus, “Don’t let it dominate you. Don’t be afraid of it,” as IJR previously reported.
William Schaffner, a professor of preventive medicine and infectious diseases at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, slammed Trump for his comments.
“I was aghast when he said COVID should not be feared,” Schaffner said.
He added, “This is a disease that is killing around a thousand people a day, has torpedoed the economy, put people out of work. This is a virus that should be both respected and feared.”
Sen. Chris Coons (D-Del.) took to Twitter to express his frustration.
“This is a tragic failure of leadership,” he said.
Dr. Sean Conley released a memo on Tuesday afternoon to inform Americans of the president’s condition.
According to Conley, Trump is exhibiting no COVID-19 symptoms.
