Itās pretty clear by now that whatever happens in Los Angeles doesnāt stay in Los Angeles ā at least as far as President Joe Biden is concerned.
A moment at an L.A. fundraiser when Biden appeared to freeze and was led off the stage by former President Barack Obama circulated on social media, perĀ The Hill.
This sparked a fiery exchange between entrepreneur Mark Cuban,Ā television host Piers Morgan and billionaire Bill Ackman on X, formerly Twitter, on Monday.
The matchup was Cuban vs. Morgan and Ackman after the latter two posted a video of Biden allegedly freezing at the fundraiser.
Morgan posted a video and said, āSo embarrassing. The Democrats canāt let this go on, surely?ā
Ackman reposted Morganās initial post and wrote a lengthy reason why Bidenās actions are troublesome.
āA president should not have to be led off stage by hand or with an arm wrapped around him. That is the not the image of strength and leadership we need as a country,ā Ackman wrote. āLook at what is going on in the world. The perception of weak leadership in the United States has led to global chaos. The reality of weak leadership is a long-term serious and continued threat to our country.ā
Cuban, of āShark Tankā fame, came to Bidenās defense by stating Morgan and Ackman were āpanderingā to their social media audience and were not being objective.
āIāll let you both in on a secret. BOTH CANDIDATES ARE OLD. VERY OLD. They both are going to have senior moments, mis-remember, forget things and have physical frailties,ā Cuban wrote. āIāll tell you a not so secret secret: One is great at soundbites, but also thinks in soundbites. The other is awful at soundbites, but thinks in complete sentences. Voters will decide which we prefer.ā
Donald Trump, the GOP presumptive presidential nominee, just turned 78 on Friday; Biden is 81.
The banter continued with Morgan posting, āI think Bill and I more consumed with reality than you seem to be, Mr Cuban!ā
The former Mavericks owner did not let that slide and posted how everyone ages, including them.
āLol. You are 59. Iām 65. Guess what. Both of our hearing is going to decline. There are going to be things we donāt hear well. Donāt see as well. Words that donāt come as easily. Things that hurt when we move and slow us down. Things we forget and have to make a note of. Now imagine being 78 and 81,ā he wrote. āBut as been stated by many, physical and sensory limitations donāt reflect intellectual capacity.ā
āWhat matters to me is the ability to understand and deal with concepts, strategy and bring together leaders globally,ā he wrote. āTo have leadership skills, even if you do them while in a rocking chair.ā

The New York Post was criticized by the Biden campaign for its portrayal of Biden, a reported.
The New York Post wrote, āBiden appears to freeze up, has to be led off stage byĀ ObamaĀ at mega-bucks LA fundraiser.ā
āFresh off being fact checked by at least 6 mainstream outlets for lying about @POTUS with cheap fakes, Rupert Murdochās sad little super pac, the New York Post, is back to disrespecting itās readers & itself once again,ā White House spokesperson Andrew Bates posted on X. āTheir ethical standards could deal with a little unfreezing.ā
Eric Schultz, Obamaās senior adviser, reposted the article in the New York Post and said āthis did not happen.ā
Cuban has been a die hard Biden supporter and said earlier this year, he would vote for Biden even if āhe was being given last rites,āĀ The Hill reported.
