Democratic nominee Joe Biden again shot down reports this week that his son allegedly acted inappropriately while on the board of a Ukrainian energy company. The Democrat went on to call the reports surrounding his son a “last-ditch effort” and blamed Trump lawyer Rudy Giuliani.
In an interview with a local Wisconsin television station, Biden was asked about a statement by Sen. Ron Johnson (R-Wisc.) accusingHunter Biden and other Biden family members of “profit off the Biden name.”
Johnson also accused the mainstream media of ignoring an 87-page report that the Homeland Security Committee put out. The senator said that the “mainstream media” ignoring his committee’s report is “a scandal in and of itself.”
Asked about Johnson’s claim that his son Hunter profited off the Biden name, Joe Biden said that there is no truth “whatsoever” to the accusations.
