The court documents cite irreconcilable differences and inappropriate marital conduct for Divorce. Cyrus is also seeking an annulment due to fraud, People reported.

Cyrus, 62, filed for Divorce from the 37-year-old singer, whose real name is Johanna Rose Hodges, in Nashville on May 22.

The couple got married in October 2023.
