Republican Rep. Byron Donalds has notched a fundraising haul of about $81.1 million in Florida’s 2026 gubernatorial race thus far, his campaign announced Tuesday.
Donalds’ campaign reported that he raised more than $13.8 million from 8,812 individual donors in April and May alone. Donalds has received donations from 35,292 individuals since launching his gubernatorial campaign, according to the news release.
“These fundraising numbers emphatically illustrate the surging enthusiasm for Byron Donalds’s campaign,” Donalds’ Communications Director Gates McGavick said in a Tuesday statement. “From Pompano to Pensacola and everywhere in between, Florida Republicans are sending a clear message: Byron Donalds is the Trump-endorsed conservative who has what it takes to make life more affordable and keep the Florida Dream alive.”
Donalds’ campaign also confirmed to the Daily Caller News Foundation that its field program is on track to reach 50,000 total doors knocked by Wednesday afternoon, and that it is currently knocking on about 4,000 doors across Florida per day.
